As a home buyer and seller, herself, she understands the challenges that both parties face. Whether it be on the buyer's end with the initial qualification, home search, contract negotiation, home inspections, and closing of escrow. To the seller’s end with the initial negotiations of listing, marketing, contract negotiation, and final close. These are just a small snapshot of the things either party can and will come across when buying and/or selling a home. With her experience in the field of buying and selling, coupled with my background in communication, negotiation, finance, and management she strives to provide you with a great home-buying experience.
Heather has lived in the valley for 40 years, primarily in the East Valley. Through the years she has had the opportunity to become familiar with most areas within the valley and some northern parts. Heather spends most of her free time with family and friends, she enjoys outside activities when the weather permits, artistic mediums, camping, live music, and is a huge proponent of education.
